KATERSTROPHE – Poetry and Music
Katerstrophe is a project by Alex Zampini (e-guitar, sound modulation) and Jonas Marx (spoken words). It brings music and poetry together in a form that fully reveals itself only in the moment of performance. What emerges is not a fixed sequence, but a live composition that takes shape from the present moment and unfolds anew with each encounter.

The duet first met through dance. This background continues to inform their shared work, even though there is little visible movement on stage. The movement has shifted into the realm of imagination. Guided by language and carried by music, inner spaces begin to open. A journey unfolds—not through external landscapes, but through moods, images, and subtle transitions.
